Keresztury Joseph is a 2nd generation Home Builder who got an early start in the residential field with a father who was a Custom Home Builder in the Greater San Antonio Area. Growing up around the industry in the 1980's, 1990's and early 2000's. ![build on your lot parade of homes young](https://truestonehomes.com/hs-fs/hubfs/build%20on%20your%20lot%20parade%20of%20homes%20young.jpg?width=271&height=200&name=build%20on%20your%20lot%20parade%20of%20homes%20young.jpg) He has served as an onsite construction labor, superintendent and construction manager on residential houses ranging from $200,000 to $4,000,000 in the San Antonio, Boerne and New Braunfels areas being hands on with every aspect of the building process from breaking ground, through every construction phase all the way to finished home.  ![building on your lot young](https://truestonehomes.com/hs-fs/hubfs/building%20on%20your%20lot%20young.jpg?width=272&height=200&name=building%20on%20your%20lot%20young.jpg) In his early 20's he obtained his sales license through the Texas Real Estate Commission and was a part of 100s of residential transactions as an agent, team leader and manager representing both the buyer and seller side on houses of all sizes, prices and styles as a licensed REALTOR before obtaining both his **Professional Inspector** and Broker's license through the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is a former multi-million dollar sales producer for two of the biggest brands in residential real estate and a former Branch Manager for an office full of residential sales agents which gave him a wide range of experience on issues in the residential field.
