Joseph K. Keresztury

Joseph is a 2nd generation Home Builder who got an early start in the residential field with a father who was a Custom Home Builder in the Greater San Antonio Area. Growing up around the industry in the 1980's, 1990's and early 2000's.

He has served as an onsite construction labor, superintendent and construction manager on residential houses ranging from $200,000 to $4,000,000 in the San Antonio, Boerne and New Braunfels areas being hands on with every aspect of the building process from breaking ground, through every construction phase all the way to finished home. 

In his early 20's he obtained his sales license through the Texas Real Estate Commission and was a part of 100s of residential transactions as an agent, team leader and manager representing both the buyer and seller side on houses of all sizes, prices and styles as a licensed REALTOR before obtaining both his Professional Inspector and Broker's license through the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is a former multi-million dollar sales producer for two of the biggest brands in residential real estate and a former Branch Manager for an office full of residential sales agents which gave him a wide range of experience on issues in the residential field. This gave him an inside look of the process from the client and agent prospective and allows him to communicate more effectively as a Home Builder with clients, trades, vendors and real estate agents, from start to finish.  

Joseph fully understands the stress that can be involved when building a home and it is a personal goal to help ease the process as much as possible with quality services and a dedicated team...built around open communication.

Joseph has been a life long resident of The Greater San Antonio Area, he attended High School in North San Antonio then Texas State University in San Marcos. He is currently married to his wife Kaye and they have two children along with their dogs, Bonnie and Rusty, and Cat, Coconut.
