This homeowner had a unique one of a kind custom home designed that included architectural features that challenged structural implementation. This home included tall open ceilings, double floating staircase, indoor basketball court all while being full of high end finish outs. Along with turrets and curved ceiling features.

We were able to implement a plan to bring the vision from paper to completed home. Some of the features of this home included imported marble from Turkey, smart windows, elevator in the entry foyer with tree well plus hand crafted ceiling features with light coves to name a few.
